5. Personal information processing and retention period

1) The company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period stipulated by law or within the retention and use period agreed upon by the information subject at the time of collection of personal information, and destroys the relevant information without delay after the purpose of processing personal information has been achieved.

2) The personal information processing and retention period is as follows, and if the data subject explicitly requests destruction for each item below, the information will be destroyed without delay.

3) The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows

7. Rights of data subjects and legal representatives and methods of exercising them

4) The company does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. However, if personal information is collected, the company guarantees the legal representative's legal rights regarding the processing of the child's personal information.

5) When a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is made in accordance with the rights of the data subject, the company verifies whether the person making the request is the data subject or a legitimate agent.

8. Matters concerning the installation, operation, and refusal of automatic personal information collection devices
