SEL-3360
SEL Computing Platform
- The SEL-3360 is a rugged and versatile computing platform designed specifically for the demanding environments of power utilities and industrial sectors. By eliminating all moving parts, such as fans and rotating hard drives, the design offers a mean time between failure (MTBF) at least ten times higher than that of typical industrial automation controllers, maximizing maintenance efficiency. It can be flexibly configured as a Real-Time Automation Controller (RTAC), a Blueframe application platform, or an industrial computer running Microsoft Windows or Linux, depending on the user's objectives. Furthermore, its compact design allows for easy installation in tight spaces, and it ensures stable operation based on high reliability even in environments with extreme temperature changes or severe electromagnetic interference, such as substations.
