  • The SEL-2507 is a high-speed remote I/O module designed for ultra-fast 1 ms remote control and teleprotection. By implementing Millisecond MIRRORED BITS® communications technology, this device provides transmission speeds four times faster than previous remote I/O applications, enabling quicker and more secure bus protection and automation logic within power systems.

    Provides a 1 ms end-to-end operate time at 115.2 kbps, transmitting MIRRORED BITS messages every 500 microseconds.

    Equipped with eight digital contact inputs and eight high-speed digital contact outputs.

    Operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C ~ +85°C and maintains reliable performance in harsh substation and industrial environments.
  • Integrated Protection and Monitoring

    Allows for the addition of bus protection and enhances system reliability through trip and close-coil monitoring.
  • Communication Interfaces

    Can be configured with either multimode fiber (ST connector, up to 4 km) or an EIA-232 serial port (up to 15 m).
